For Samsung users, this could mean the ability to send text messages and contact emergency services when no terrestrial mobile network or Wi-Fi is available. The leak also suggests there will be a demo mode and an alignment guide, helping users learn how to point their phone toward a satellite for a stable connection.

It provides a unified interface for users to compose messages, choose a recipient, and send them via satellite when no terrestrial network is available.
