T Raja Singh's life is in danger! Police said- he should move around in a bulletproof car

BJP MLA T Raja Singh from Goshamahal Assembly seat in Hyderabad is constantly receiving death threats. Hyderabad police has warned him about this. Police has advised T Raja not to go out on a bike. On the letter received from Hyderabad Police, T Raja said, "I have received an official letter from the police department stating that I am in danger and I should stop going out on a bike in my Goshamahal constituency. They have advised me to use a bulletproof car with a gunman for my safety. However, there are many slums and narrow lanes in my constituency, where a bulletproof car cannot go without causing inconvenience to the public."

'Why was I not given a gun license?'

T Raja said, "My priority has always been to remain accessible to my people. Travelling on a bike allows me to stay connected with them without inconveniencing them. Surprisingly, when I applied for a gun licence citing security concerns, the same police department rejected my application citing cases against me. It is also surprising that many people with pending cases were granted gun licences without any objection but I was not given it."

What was written in the police letter?

Hyderabad Police, while advising the MLA to use the security provided to him by the Telangana government, had written, "You are constantly receiving threats. It has also been observed that you go out of your house and office without any security guards to roam around among the people.
